Badger Baiting Pee’d Me Off
Well I have decided to stop going anywhere near Teamtalk. 2 days ago I made my last posting in the ‘Your Say’ area as it had become a badger baiting zone for every other club fan out there.
It just seems at this point in time the knives are well and truly out for Newcastle United and the fans with everyone preferring to jump on those who are optimistic and positive rather than the usual dull, boring, lifeless fan… bit like the smogs and villans. The only reason the villa fans are out in force is because the have managed to get in the top half of the table… Says a lot about expectations.
What is wrong with wanting better for your club rather than accepting ‘This is as good as it gets’?
What would be the whole point in supporting your club. Yet because we are like this people love us to trip up… Well I for one would take this route over their jealous route any day. Every Magpie has its day and it will soon come back to haunt them.
Our club is going through a transition and when it comes out the other end I hope we show our true colours and prove doubters wrong. If anything ever spurred me on it was proving others wrong who doubted me.
Hopefully Newcastle United as a whole will do the same whether it take 6 months or 5 years. I for one appreciate what the club is trying to achieve.
I just got completely fed up of rubbish being spouted by other fans pretending to be Newcastle fans… How sad. Get A Life. Grow Up. Until then I am staying in my haven here.

Yes I think it all just came to a point where I had really had enough of it all. The NUFC section on Teamtalk had just gotten completely out of control. So much for moderation… I prefer to talk about the more pressing concerns with real supporters.

Well, sorry for my enforced absence from here. Moved jobs within the company here, and before you could say “toon army” my PC was whisked away and a replacement appeared. Needless to say I’d lost all my favourites.
Still I’m back now and in total agreement about Teamtalk. What a shower of shit tbpfh. Unfortunately much of the piss taking (and worse) is generated as a direct result of the idiocy of some of the so-called toon fans there.
Glad this place exists so that I can get a bit of decent banter, chat and info about my beloved team………… thanx bud

Its alright mate. I went quiet for a week as I was down with flu. Really couldnt get going. Got a few plans in the future for this site just have to see what comes off.

Alright lads? Can only agree about TT and it’s decline into what it is now. It’s almost stressful reading the crud being spewed out on there.

I only really ever posted on TT as it seemed to be a place where there are quite a few fans. TBH its gotten over ran and that the problem. The moderators clearly dont read the messages. They pick the odd one to put as a show piece as long as it is alright.
