I would take Riise without a doubt. Proven EPL player and will certainly do a job for us. I think he’d be born again at Newcastle as hes our type of left back. Can defend and score a couple, as well as good set pieces. Its been ages since we had someone who can take a good one. The lad seems unhappy at Roma and according to JK hes already said through his agent he would come. Certainly be a good signing for JK. I do think your right though. I think there is interest just not at MA’s value so we are stuck for the time being!!!

I can see MA and JK being at the reigns for some time yet. As far as the team is concerned - sniffing around Riise is good but doubt he would come.

Hehe no though things are bad. Least they’ve picked up a little in the grand scheme of things but we still in the myer! Ive been absolutely snowed under with work so I have not had as much time and no one was posting so I thought they’d ditched it. I’ll start keeping it up to date again!

Hows things? Not posted here in ages but I do click here still. Pretty uninspiring being an NUFC fan these days though isn’t it?
