Yeah the media bashing at present got me on a bit of a low with it all. One of the reasons I started this site off. I really do hope your right and we turn it around with time. That is what it will take - time and support. I think we 2 years away from achieving anything decent unless we get a stroke of luck and everything clicks with new signings in the summer and we get out of the traps fast - much like man city this year. KK really has his work cut out. I am actually pleased we were trying to sign Sissoko, Giles Barnes, etc as it shows the types of players we looking at. I hope the rumours are true that in the summer we'll be making a push for Carrick and Bentley. If thats the case that is great news. We have to sign them yet though. Its not like when KK was here last time when we could attract and signings were done quickly. Takes days-weeks now and hence people are being brought in around KK like Wise etc. We need to attack on a few fronts.

Maybe, but Barton will be in prison soon if you ask me...

Have to say, I'm getting increasingly sick of the national media constantly dragging out articles about us with no research etc... Some woman in the Guardian website - who does nothing for the argument that women can be just as knowledegable about football as men - was having a dig at our new management structure. I really can't wait for us to turn things around, as I'm confident we will in time, and ram all this stuff back down their necks...

I honestly see KK giving Emre and Barton a run in centre midfield. Yes your right though - sad to say - the smogs are the favourites going into this. Not very often you say that. I think Butt for 2 months now has looked tired and his passing/tackling has been off. He was unlucky the other night for the freekick.

I must admit Boro have to be favourites going into this game. We're down on confidence and they're coming off the back of a win or two, with Alves probably signing before the deadline. Hopefully we'll have Beye and Faye back in defence which should strengthen us at the back a bit. Plus we might have Emre playing in midfield - I'm hoping Keegan can get him causing trouble (the good kind) in the middle, supported by Butt, getting ammunition through to Owen... We'll see!

Either way I just want to finish above the smoggies and mackem, I can't be doing with them gloating at the end of the season... Besides, we need to make sure we don't go down, the gap is closing!

was hoping for a draw, but adebayor is the hottest striker in the premier league right now, and those arsenal boys sure know how to pass the ball a bit. scoreline was very flattering for arsenal, i think we deserved a bit more, but these last two games have shown how much work we need to put in the rest of the season to avoid slipping down the table. put things in perspective we are only just above the smoggies and the mackems! Hopefully we can give the Smogs a smack this weekend, and push a little gap on the table between them.
