They won't just give away money and it would send out all the wrong signals. I for one like what Owen is saying. Owen seems to be alot more settled now and taking on the task as captain under KK. I think KK is handling Owen better than any manager before at the toon. We just need the team creating chances for him and he'll keep us up along with Martins. In fact I think they think they can get away with more made up stories than the likes of the Sun because they pose as an intelligent paper and use slightly longer words... Hmmm, manager of a club suprisingly in the relegation fight, on a poor run of form, with a club owner known to have sacked a manager early, on the verge of playing two lower teams... Let me think, what story can we spin out of this one..? As you say, I'd back Keegan to bring us back if we needed it. Admittedly I'll be a bit worried about him if he does take us down, but I'd at least give him the first half of next season to see what he can do. Anyway, it'll all be academic if we get at least 4 points from the next 6.
